This website has no registration or purchase forms. We process only data voluntarily supplied when a person contacts us by email, telephone or WhatsApp, such as their name, contact details, information about the proposed location and project requirements, and communications needed to answer the enquiry.

3. Purposes and legal bases

Data is used to answer enquiries, assess projects, prepare proposals, arrange visits and, where appropriate, manage the contractual relationship. The legal basis is taking pre-contractual steps requested by the person, performing a contract, consent where required, and legitimate interests in answering and organising professional communications.

4. Retention

Data is retained for as long as necessary to answer the enquiry or manage the professional relationship. It may then remain blocked for legally required periods or to address potential liabilities. Enquiries that do not lead to a professional relationship will be deleted when no longer needed.

5. Recipients and external services

Personal data is not sold or disclosed for advertising. Providers needed for email, hosting and communications may access it under their own terms and safeguards. If a person contacts us through WhatsApp, their data will also be processed by that service’s controller, which may make international transfers under its policies. When a visitor accepts analytics, Google Ireland Limited provides Google Analytics and processes data under its own terms and safeguards.

6. Browsing, analytics and cookies

The hosting provider may process essential technical data—such as IP address, browser, date and security logs—to serve and protect the website. The typeface is loaded from Google Fonts, so the browser connects to Google.

Google Analytics is activated only after the visitor selects “Accept”. It provides aggregated information about pages viewed, traffic source, device type, approximate geographic area and interactions such as scrolling or contact clicks. We do not use this data for personalised advertising or commercial profiling. If “Reject” is selected, the Analytics tag is not loaded. The choice is stored in the browser and can be changed at any time through the “Cookies” link in the footer.

7. Rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction or portability by writing to hola@paxnaturamenorca.com. Information may be requested to verify your identity and protect your data. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

8. Security and changes

Reasonable safeguards are applied to protect information against unauthorised access, loss or alteration. This policy may be updated when services or legal obligations change; the revision date will appear at the beginning of the document.
